Grievances

Easily create, update and monitor grievances. Grievances can be printed and/or sent to your e-mail address for printing. Adding notes to a grievance helps keep track of all events of each grievance.

Tasks

Easily assign tasks to other Executive members. The task is even sent to their smart phone via a text message. When the person has completed the task, the assignor will receive a text message on their smart phone indicating the task has been completed. You can also view incomplete tasks both assigned by you and assigned to you.

Searching

Easily search all documents stored on the system. These include such files as Grievances, Memorandums of Agreements, Collective Agreements, and any other files stored on the system. The matches are viewed similar to a google search with 10 matches per screen and clicking the appropriate file will open it for reading and/or printing.

Diary

You can keep a diary of issues. Each entry can be either private or public and can be viewed at any time. Public entries are available to everyone who has access to the system.
